Produced by TRIBE producer Larry (Vjava) Lewis, COSMIC FORCE’s “Why Don’t Love (Make Everything Right)” is exgtremely rare and has long deserved to be reissued.

 

This mellow sweet soul classic was originally released on the eve of TRIBE’s disbandment in 1978, and would quickly become a highly vaunted record by collectors fetching high prices if you ever find one!.

 

A killer track with backing from some of Detroit’s finest musicians. The simplicity of the rhythm section arrangements allows ample space for sweet tenor vocals, wailing saxophone licks, and the melancholy playing of a lone violin to intermingle - creating an arrangement that’s both lush and understated. The B-side contains an instrumental version, highlighting these musicians’ talent! Collectors will know this version also appeared on the 'Night Beat' Album by Java Lewis & Debbie Polk released in 1986.

Originally released without a picture sleeve this reissue comes with newly created original artwork.  The audio has been carefully remastered on audiophile grade 45rpm 7” vinyl for the first time ever!
